“Una struttura da chiudere che non dovrebbe stare su expedia. Le foto sono false, mi chiedo chi ha messo 10/10 se ha mai visto un hotel e dove viva a casa. Mai visto un posto del genere. Struttura fatiscente, camera piena alla mattina di blatte e scarafaggi e allego foto, bagno fatiscente e arrruginito, lavandino con rubinetti arruginiti, mi chiedo come si possa affittare un posto del genere e dove sono i controlli. Letto sfondato, sedia sfondata, entrando era accesa l aria e l odore dei filtri...

“staff was friendly but when we got our room key and went to our room someone was already in it. when i told her she acted surprised. how do you not know when everything is on a computer. i can see if there were mix ups with paper registering. the one lady went upstairs to look at a room. she came back down to the front desk. the room was empty she said so that was our room. only 1 bar of soap and 1 tiny tube of shampoo. no iron and no ironing board. this same thing happened to the guy...

“The Hacienda was a really unique experience that was worth the adventure. Checkin was a breeze and welcoming with a smiling front desk employee. My room had lots of character and was very neat and tidy. The shower was a bit small but it fit in the space and was stylish and very functional. I loved tue convenience of having a restaurant on site and the option of walking to other local restaurant options. I would definitely stay here again.”

“the water in the shower is almost non-existent, I found a used bar of soap resting on the shower also the cleaning staff did not make the bed, but only changed the towels”

“Screaming children in pool area right up until close at 10pm everyday, useless to my wife and me. Hot tub was not hot.Should have a couple hours for adults. Had to reset my WI-FI devices every day around 4:40 PM for some unknown reason.”

“The property has been totally remodeled within the last year. Great place to stay. Breakfast option was very good and the person managing the breakfast was outstanding. Pool area very good. Overall, a great place to stay and very near restaurants and shopping. We will stay there again.”

We spent much of our evening watching numerous drug deals, lots of homeless stumbling in/out of the property looking for cigarette butts and many other interesting things. “Everyone from the kitchen staff, reception and cleaning staff greeted you and asked if they can do anything for us. The breakfast was divided into “only continental” or continental and full buffet. Both were good and we like having the option. Everything was bright and inviting and there was a good size bar and lounge for cocktails. The prices for everything including the room were reasonable. They replaced the towels and cleaned the room everyday without making a request to do so.”
